In default mode the app does not request any authorisations for operation.

As an option the user can activate push notifications, in order to automatically receive the latest information on the mobile device which is used. When the mobile device is registered for this service a device-specific Instance ID/Token is generated in Firebase for the subscription of push notifications, in order to be able to deliver the suitable results for the respective subscribed contents.

We use the free service Google Firebase, a product of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (abbreviated “Google”), for analysing and categorising groups as well as for sending out push notifications. In the app we use the following services from the Firebase offer:

Prinz Sportlich GmbH & Co. KG uses the above-mentioned collected and processed data exclusively for the purposes of providing our services and for statistical evaluations. Prinz Sportlich GmbH & Co. KG thereby complies with all the applicable data protection laws, particularly the Federal Data Protection Act/EU GDPR and the German Teleservices Act (TMG).

Prinz Sportlich GmbH & Co. KG does not transfer any data to third parties for marketing or similar purposes. Data is only transferred if and insofar as this is necessary for implementing the usage agreement, if Prinz Sportlich GmbH & Co. KG is obliged to do so by law or if this should become necessary for enforcing the general conditions of use or other agreements concluded with you as well as for asserting our rights and claims.

Prinz Sportlich GmbH & Co. KG uses service providers for fulfilling its offer. The service providers (processors) are carefully chosen and obligated to comply with the same data protection requirements as Prinz Sportlich GmbH & Co. KG itself.
